Here’s a shot of the Bruce Carman #23, 3-window coupe, driven at this time by Mert Hulbert. That is Uncle Art Stuart in the Lebanon Valley jacket to the right, but to the left, peering at the front suspension, is none other than Goober Scheidel, who was very likely in the process of building his first LV car at this time.
